Fibre Glass (FRP) Honeycomb Panels
Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) honeycomb panel is a lightweight sandwich panel, which made of honeycomb core and fiberglass skins.
Honeycomb core material can be Honeycomb (Aluminium, PP), Foam (PU, PET, PVC, XPS, EPS, EPP, etc) or Plywood while the finished of fiberglass skins can be gel coat, rough, anti-slip, or others. It replaces traditional metal composite panels in many fields.
FRP-Alu honeycomb sandwich panels offer high mechanical performance, good impact strength, flame retardant and low maintenance cost. They have excellent application performance in logistics transportation, shelter, building decoration, air diversion and other fields.
In some applications, FRP honeycomb sandwich panel is also mainly used as substrate panels to composite other materials, like stone veneer, and porcelain.
