Grab Pole, Handrail & Grab Handle

The Grab Pole, Handrail, and Grab Handle system ensures safety, ergonomic comfort, and rail certification for metro and EMU interiors. Made from high-strength SS304 tubular steel (Ø32 mm, 2 mm thickness, G220 buffed finish), these grab systems combine superior structural integrity, ergonomic design, and long-term durability. They offer design flexibility with multiple handle designs and color options per customer requirements, and all welding joints comply with EN 15085 railway standards. The grab handle passes a 100 kg load test for 1 hour and a 2500N static load test, with endurance proven through 100,000 swing cycles at 35 kg load. The ceiling handrail supports loads of Z: 85 kg, Y: 15 kg, and X: 25 kg. Armrest handles withstand 150 kg in both Z and Y directions, while vertical handrails are tested for X/Y load or center point loading. Tripod and grab poles handle 150 kg in X/Y and 200 kg in Y direction at the center. The side screen option includes 6 mm tempered glass, tested for fragmentation and drop safety.

The Aluminium Honeycomb Seat for Metro is a next-generation seating system designed for lightweight durability, safety, and comfort. Built with aluminium honeycomb technology, it provides superior structural strength while significantly reducing weight — a 7-seater configuration weighs only 35 kg. The seat is load-tested with bi-directional push and pull forces of 15 kg on movable parts, simulating a 70 kg passenger with 10% applied force. It meets NFF 31119 standards for fatigue and vibration performance and all welding joints comply with EN 15085, while adhesive bonding conforms to EN 17460 standards. For fire safety, it integrates HL3 Foam & Trim certified to EN 45545-HL3. The design offers flexibility with 2-seater, 5-seater, and 7-seater configurations to suit various rail interior layouts.
